Shipping Policy

All packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) We ship Monday-Friday before 3PM PST. Any orders received after this time will be processed within the following two business days. No PO Boxes, please.

Continental United States:
1 item:  $10
2 items: $12
3 items: $14

Alaska/Hawaii- no extra charge, but usually takes a bit longer
$24 Canada/Mexico (up to 3 items)
$35 International (up to 3 items)

SF Bay Area Residents Pick Ups
We would be pleased to meet our SF Bay Area customers and show you where it all happens. Please come by our Mission studio to pick up, exchange, or return merchandise. Email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to arrange a time to meet (Please email first because we are always running to the factory, running to the patternmaker, or running to the sample maker!). International Shipping
We ship internationally to nearly anywhere USPS services. We ship USPS Priority International for a flat rate of $35. Sadly, New Factory, Friend cannot be responsible for any duty charges/taxes that may be applied on international shipping orders or any customs delays. Happily, this is usually never the case. International packages will arrive in 10-14 business days. All international orders must have the same shipping and billing info and cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Sales Tax
Only orders shipped to addresses within CA are subject to 9.5% sales tax.

Tracking Numbers
For your peace of mind, all orders are mailed USPS Priority and are traceable. If a package is lost, we can track it and see where it was delivered.
